Mitsunari Chie won the Grand Prize at the 12th Hiroshima Prefectural Art Exhibition.
Entries were accepted for the 12th Hiroshima Prefectural Art Exhibition, and the grand prize was awarded to Mitsunari Chie, a customer at Galleria Reino Fukuyama.
