Start Art: Watercolor, Oil Painting, Etching Course Fukuyama Museum of Art 2024 Long-term Practical Course Enrollment

Galleria Reino Fukuyama is now recruiting students for its art classes!
The Fukuyama Museum of Art is now accepting applications for the second half of its 2024 long-term practical course.
If you want to learn art, please give our watercolor, oil painting, and etching courses a try!

●Watercolor painting course 

・Dates and times: 10/20 (Sun), 11/2 (Sat), 11/9 (Sat), 11/16 (Sat), 11/30 (Sat), 12/14 (Sat), 1/11 (Sat), 1/19 (Sun), 2/8 (Sat), 2/22 (Sat) Each session: 13:30-16:30

・Lecturer: Hideaki Takachi (Painter)

Venue: Craft Print Room until 12/14 (Sat), Drawing Room from 1/11 (Sat)

・Number of participants: 15

・Course fee: 15,000 yen (including some materials) *Please bring your own equipment

●Etching Course

・Dates and times: 10/13 (Sun), 10/27 (Sun), 11/17 (Sun), 12/1 (Sun), 12/8 (Sun), 12/15 (Sun), 1/19 (Sun), 1/26 (Sun), 2/2 (Sun), 2/16 (Sun) Each session: 14:30-17:30

・Lecturer: Yusuke Okamura (printmaker)

Venue: Craft Printmaking Room

・Number of participants: 12

・Course fee: 20,000 yen (including some materials) *Please bring your own equipment

●Oil painting course

・Dates and times: 10/5 (Sat), 10/19 (Sat), 11/2 (Sat), 11/16 (Sat), 11/30 (Sat), 12/7 (Sat), 1/4 (Sat), 1/18 (Sat), 2/1 (Sat), 2/15 (Sat) Each session: 13:30-16:30

・Lecturer: Ryuji Jonishi (Painter)

・Venue: Drawing room

・Number of participants: 15

・Course fee: 15,000 yen (including some materials) *Please bring your own equipment

Please fill out the following information on either our museum application form, postcard, or the Fukuyama City website electronic application system , and submit your application: (1) postal code, (2) address, (3) name (with hiragana), (4) phone number, (5) name of desired course, (6) experience, and (7) whether or not you would like to be a member of the Fukuyama Museum of Art Friends Association for 2024.

・If there are a large number of applicants, we will hold a lottery and notify all applicants of the results.
・Please pay the course fee on the first day of the course. (If you withdraw from the course midway, the course fee will not be refunded.)
