Banshokai is a group of artists from various genres aged 50 or over who live in the Binan region.
Nowadays, many exhibitions are aimed at young people, but it seems that some people feel uneasy just looking at them.
There are probably many such appreciators, especially in the regions. I hope that this evening exhibition will be of some comfort to such people. I hope that the works express truth rather than newness, and that the quiet, fulfilling feelings behind the works will warm your hearts like a faint evening light.
