[Work description]
The work gives a dashing and rhythmic impression, but upon closer inspection it feels somewhat lonely.
He is a painter who combines high descriptive power with the splendor of his works, and he paints landscapes. His works are based on the theme of "encounters," which express "chance encounters" and "unexpected encounters. "
Kazu Kinoshita said, "Humans seek to meet each other, but in the end, they will not be able to meet anyone or anything," which is paradoxical to the "encounter" that expresses an "unexpected encounter." However, because an encounter is impossible, he creates his works with the idea that he is conflicted about seeking an encounter.
