・There is no long-term rental period. You can rent for as little as one month.
・You can purchase all works except for "rental only works". Please send us the necessary information and the title of the work from the form on the work details page, or contact us by email.
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver a work that you have ordered, such as a limited number of works or a work that the artist is selling/renting elsewhere, we will refund your order immediately once we have confirmed the facts.
・If the shipment of the work is significantly delayed (for more than one month) due to the artist's circumstances, the fee will be charged from the month the work arrives.
- Shipping is free for the first delivery, but you will be responsible for shipping costs for any subsequent exchanges.
・If the artwork or frame is damaged or lost during the rental period, we may charge you for the artwork (e.g., intentional damage, discoloration due to cigarettes, damage due to fire, etc.).
・The subscription renewal date is one month after the application date.
・If you wish to cancel, please apply for cancellation from your My Page, email, or phone at least 10 days before the next renewal date and send us the work. After receiving the work, we will inspect it and send you an email confirming your cancellation.
