You can exhibit any number of pieces.
There is no limit to the number of works you can exhibit for both rental and sale, so you can exhibit as many as you like. Works in any technique are accepted, including oil painting, watercolor painting, acrylic painting, colored pencil painting, pastel painting, and alcohol ink art.
Unframed works can also be exhibited.
Galleria Reino is a store that specializes in art supplies and frames, so please feel free to contact us if you would like to exhibit works that are not framed . You can order your favorite frame, and we can also suggest beautiful frames and mats for you.
Framing simulation is also available.
You can order a frame either when you wish to rent or purchase the work, or when you enter the competition. However, we recommend framing your work at the time of entry, as this will make it easier to convey the image to potential buyers.
The painting will be shipped to you framed.
You can also exhibit on other art sales platforms
In order to allow as many people as possible to see these wonderful works, works that have been exhibited on other sites or in galleries can also be submitted.
If the title has been purchased or rented elsewhere, please email or call us and we will remove it from our listings as soon as possible.
Creating an artist profile page
After you have registered as an artist, we will create an artist profile for you. You can use it like a simple homepage, so you can post it on your SNS, blog, etc. to attract customers and promote your work.
If there is anything you would like to include in your profile, please fill it in when you register.
Sales only and rental only available
If you do not wish to sell or lend your work, we are also happy to accept exhibitors who wish to do either of the above. Please select this option when registering as an artist.
SNS Introduction
We will introduce new and featured works on the official Instagram account of the Galleria Reino online gallery. You can also tag your account in the post, so if you have a social media account, please enter it in the profile section when registering as an artist.

Once you have completed your artist registration, a link to the form for uploading your work will be sent to the email address you registered. Please use this link to submit your work.

After a brief review, we will contact you.
Once you have completed the registration, you will receive an email with information about the procedure and important points to note when making a purchase.
Other points to note
Regarding payment of sales/rental fees
・Payments will be made via bank transfer or PayPay.
・If you transfer your sales proceeds or rental fees to a bank account, you can withdraw funds free of charge if your balance is 7,000 yen or more.
・If you withdraw less than 7,000 yen, you will be responsible for the actual transfer fee.
・When transferring money with PayPay, there is no transfer fee, so you can transfer money regardless of your balance.
・Please contact us by email to inquire about your current sales balance. We will check the details and balance.
Shipping of works
・When we receive an order for purchase/rental from you, we will contact you via the email address/phone number you registered, so please send the item to Galleria Reino main store within one week. (Address below)
・We ask that you cover the packaging and shipping costs for the work.
(If you are selling, we recommend including shipping and packaging costs in the price of the work.)
・If we are unable to contact you for more than two weeks after contacting you, we may cancel your rental/sale application.
・You can also enclose a message card or other item addressed to the customer.
After inspection, it will be shipped together with the artwork.
Please rest assured that the artist's contact details and address will not be made known to customers.
If the work is purchased/rented, we will contact you by email or phone, and you will be asked to ship the work to the Galleria Reino main store within one week. We apologize for the inconvenience, but the shipping fee for the work will be borne by the registrant.
