How to make Nihonga Paint Rock Paint (How to dissolve)

1.使う量の岩絵具を溶き皿に移し、少量の溶き膠液を岩絵具に注ぎます。

1. Place the amount of mineral pigment you want to use into a mixing tray and pour a small amount of the diluted glue onto the mineral pigment.

Glue tends to harden in winter, so pour an appropriate amount onto the mineral pigments before it hardens.
If the glue has solidified, dissolve it in hot water. Please prepare the glue in advance. Click here for instructions on how to make glue.

2.溶き膠液を追加しながら、岩絵具に指の腹を使って膠分が岩絵具全体にいきわたる様に良く混ぜ合わせます。

2. While adding the dissolved glue, use the pads of your fingers to mix the mineral paint thoroughly so that the glue is evenly distributed throughout the paint.

Do not add the glue all at once, but add a few drops at a time while checking the condition. Also, carefully mix the mineral pigments and glue together.

3.少量の水を加えつつ溶きおろし、好みの濃さに調節してください。

3. Add a small amount of water while dissolving and adjust to your desired thickness.

Add water little by little to adjust the consistency.
Stir the mineral pigments in the mixing tray thoroughly with a brush.
The mineral pigment is now complete.

4.日本画を描くときは、筆を傾けず、少し立てて持つと描きやすいです。
これで、あなたの思い描いている日本画を描いてください。

4. When painting a Japanese painting, it is easier to paint if you hold the brush slightly upright rather than tilting it.

Now, please draw the Japanese painting that you have in mind.
